These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Toon'r Futbol (the "Bot" or "Service"), a Discord bot that runs a soccer pick 'em game inside Discord servers. By adding the Bot to a server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if you're an administrator adding it to a server, on behalf of that server's members.
Toon'r Futbol lets a Discord server run a weekly pick 'em competition across several soccer leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, and MLS). It posts weekly slates of matches, collects picks from server members, pulls match results and league standings from publicly available data, and tracks a leaderboard. It is an independent, unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., any of the leagues or clubs named above, ESPN, or Gumroad.
The Bot's commands are locked until a server administrator purchases a
license through Gumroad and redeems it with /admin unlock.
Each license unlocks exactly one Discord server, permanently — it does not
expire and is not subscription-based. A license is not transferable to a
different server once redeemed; a separate license is required for each
additional server. Payment, receipts, and checkout are handled entirely by
Gumroad, and Gumroad's own terms govern the purchase transaction itself.
Refund requests are handled through Gumroad according to Gumroad's refund policy, not directly by us. If a purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated license key may stop working and the server it was redeemed on may lose access to the Bot's commands.

Match schedules, results, and league standings shown by the Bot are pulled from publicly available ESPN data feeds. We don't control the accuracy, availability, or timing of that data, and a feed outage or change on ESPN's end can delay or interrupt fixture syncing, scoring, or standings images.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match results, standings, or scoring will always be accurate or delivered on time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also remove the Bot from a server, or refuse to honor a license, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Because licenses are a one-time, per-server purchase rather than a subscription, discontinuing the Service is not itself grounds for a refund beyond Gumroad's standard refund policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Bot after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
