Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Toon'r Futbol (the "Bot") collects when it's added to a Discord server, why, and how to request its deletion. It's an independent, unofficial fan project operated by Chandler Prisk.

1. What we collect

Data	Why we collect it
Discord user IDs and usernames	To attribute picks to a player, run the leaderboard, and enforce per-player veto and Chaos allotments.
Discord server (guild) ID and channel IDs	To store each server's configuration (leagues, bot count, house rules, results channel) and know where to post slates and standings.
Pick data	Which result you picked for each match, whether it was a Lock or Chaos pick, and the outcome, to run scoring and the leaderboard.
Gumroad license key and redemption timestamp	To verify a server has been licensed and keep it unlocked.

We do not collect message content outside of the Bot's own slash commands, direct messages beyond the automated pick-reminder DMs it sends, voice data, email addresses (beyond what Gumroad handles at checkout — see below), payment card details, or any data from Discord members who don't interact with the Bot's commands.

2. Where the data lives

All of the data above is stored in a Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) database operated for this Bot. Cached standings images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Neither is shared with, or accessible to, any party other than the Bot's operator and Cloudflare as the infrastructure provider.

3. Third parties involved

Discord — the platform the Bot runs on; see Discord's Privacy Policy for how Discord itself handles your data.
ESPN — the Bot reads publicly available match and standings data from ESPN's public soccer feeds. No data about you or your server is sent to ESPN; this is a one-way, read-only data pull.
Gumroad — handles license purchases and checkout. We never see or store your payment details; we only receive a license key and, at verification time, purchase status (valid/refunded/disputed) from Gumroad's license verification API. See Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare — hosts the Bot (Workers), its database (D1), and cached images (R2). See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Bot itself has no web interface, uses no cookies, and does no analytics or advertising tracking. These legal pages are static HTML with no cookies, trackers, or analytics scripts of any kind.

5. Data retention

Pick history, leaderboard data, and server configuration are retained for as long as the Bot remains in your server, so that standings and season history stay intact. If the Bot is removed from a server, its configuration and pick data for that server are retained for a limited period in case the server re-adds the Bot, and are deleted on request (see below) or during periodic cleanup of long-inactive servers.

6. Your rights and how to request deletion

You can request deletion of your individual pick history and user record, or full deletion of a server's data, by emailing chandlerprisk@gmail.com with the Discord server ID (and your Discord user ID, if requesting deletion of your own data specifically). We'll confirm once it's done. Server admins can also remove the Bot from a server at any time via Discord's own integration settings, which stops any further data collection immediately.

7. Children's privacy

The Bot is intended for use in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone below that age beyond what Discord itself already requires for platform access.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
